About Me

I’m a dedicated practitioner of manual therapy.  I started my therapy career in 2012 with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree.  From the time of my graduation I worked in a physical therapy clinic performing manual therapy to assist in healing and decrease pain.  In 2018 I earned my Massage License and decided to go solo.  I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Massage Therapist with the benefit of a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree and years in a therapy clinic, I have a more complete understanding of the body and disease processes which I use to help my patients.

I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

I look forward to assisting you on your journey to wellness.

Patient Reviews

I have been seeing Heidi for close to a year for Myofascial massage for close to a year- &  she is totally excellent! I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lumbar spine, & must use a crutch to walk and stand.  The pain in my lower back & shoulders is severe; & her massages really help my pain! Heidi has an amazing ability to immediately tell where my worst pain is by touching my back (this is due to her training, but is also a gift that she has). Heidi truly cares about her patients - she always makes me feel at ease.  I appreciate the fact she can come to my home - (especially in the winter when there is ice to fall on). I highly recommend her to anyone who has chronic back pain!

I have been seeing Heidi for several months now for both my back, which had serious surgery, and for extensive reconstruction that I had over 10 years ago for breast cancer, which still causes me pain. Heidi worked on the reconstruction site.  I experienced not only immediate relief from pain and constant discomfort, but the relief has lasted for several weeks. I am very happy to have found Heidi. She is bright, compassionate and easy to talk to.

Heidi is a caring, knowledgeable, and skilled massage therapist. I have been seeing her for a few years now.
Initially I saw her several times a month for myofascial release in my sacroiliac area and neck.
Her treatment relieved me of my chronic pain and I now see her on a monthly basis to keep anything that is bothering me from becoming an issue again.
She always listens to my concerns and addresses them in a professional yet kind manner.
I always look forward to my appointments with Heidi.

"I suffer with migraines and fibromyalgia. Some days it’s a lot to just get a shower. Though myofascial release therapy Heidi has helped reduce my pain level, also using craniosacral technique she has reduced the frequency of my headaches. I’m so thankful to have found her. She makes the pain go away".

I was connected with Heidi when I got sick with a connective tissue disorder. Her therapy has changed my life, reduced my pain, and increased my mobility and quality of living. Other therapists caused me injuries due to rough techniques. Heidi has the ability to cater to my needs. She has healing hands. She quickly became a great friend. Wonderful person, better massage therapist.

Heidi can just tune into what your body needs with just lightly touching your body and making the muscles release in such a gentle manner. Heidi is trained in many modalities like myofascial, massage and even Rock taping which is very beneficial to me. Make a visit with her soon!

Heidi has been my therapist for the last 7 years.  Without her I don't even know how I survived. She is amazing and very knowledgeable and knows to pinpoint where my pain and discomfort. She is very compassionate and kind person. Having gone through double mastectomy, 33 days of radiation therapy and 4 rounds of chemotherapy, Heidi has been there to help me get through my battle.

After I had my 3rd child I started experiencing a severe tightening in my lower back.  I tried a variety of other therapies to help, but nothing truly eased my back pain.  Heidi told me about Myofascial Release and how it could help, and I booked an appointment.   After seeing Heidi, I experienced immediate and long-lasting relief; she was able to find the source of my issues and fix me.  Heidi's friendly and caring nature along with her ability to get to the root of my issues make therapy a pleasant experience all the way around

I was in a car accident about 23 years ago.  As a strong believer in alternative therapies in conjunction with the medical profession, I would like to strongly recommend Heidi Parry-Restorick.  I went to many doctors before going to Cleveland Clinic.  I see a neurologist there who gives me 15 botox injections in my neck about every three months.  This has given me relief.  But upon adding myofascial release to my regimen, I have improved even more.  This has also been confirmed by my doctor who also sees improvement in my condition.  Heidi is a very caring, compassionate and capable therapist who understands what you are going through having had an injury herself.  My first impression of Heidi was her dedication to her clients.  She is very knowledgeable and is happy to share her vast knowledge with you.  I have been going to Heidi for 7 years and highly recommend her.  So, here is your call to action to do something positive for yourself!  You will not be disappointed.

When I walked into Heidi’s warm and welcoming room I was wearing my shoulders as earrings. I left with my shoulders down, back straight and a release of stress and pain that I didn’t even know I had. Heidi’s fine-tuned fingers located the source of dis-ease and relieved it. In addition to magic hands and knowledge of the body, Heidi has an incredibly kind, gentle and non-judgmental spirit.

Thank you Heidi, I’ll be back!
